JET is a Grass Roots Charity based in the heart of a deprived inner city ward in Derby with a total population of 30,000, 60% of whom are BME. The Company concentrates on the delivery of training courses and workshops, supplementary learning, capacity building of local voluntary organisations, the embedding of job search skills to help local people into employment and experiential visits and activities.
